Biothis is going to be my online journal and i would be grateful if anyone out there can give me some feed back on the subject closest to my heart loosing weight.........at the mo im obese realy i am. im 5ft2in and i weigh in at 187lbs i got this size by eating to make other people happy. now thats changing, last week i lost 5lbs i sucked ice cubes made of squash, and milk. this week im starting to exersize please stay with this site i will be updating it soon and i will reply to all thanks kathy....
